EASY RETURNS

All returned items must be processed within (7) days upon purchase. Keep your Sales Invoice or any proof of purchase so we can accommodate your return.

All returned items, whether for refund or exchange, must be in new, unworn condition. DOM’s Embroidery Shop reserves the right to determine whether it is defective or caused by normal wear and tear. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear will not be accepted and/or accommodated.

DOM’s Embroidery Shop strictly implements no valid proof of purchase (Sales Invoice, and the like) and/or payment (PayPal confirmation, Bank Transfer confirmation), no transaction. The customer must also present a valid ID along with the proof of purchase/payment.

Merchandise must include its corresponding tag and all original packaging materials.

DOM’s Embroidery Shop will not cover any shipping expenses for returns and exchanges. Should the customer choose to have the replacement shipped within or outside Metro Manila, the customer will shoulder further shipping expenses.

The management reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges if the customer fails to fully comply with the provided terms and conditions.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use J&T for Metro Manila and LBC for Provincial addresses.
DO YOU GIVE DISCOUNT FOR BULK ORDERS?
We do not offer major discounts on a bulk order, all prices are fixed unless there is an ongoing promotion.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We may be able to adjust the address on your order within a short window. Please review the information thoroughly during checkout and on your confirmation email. If you see an error, please reach out to DOMS.EMRBOIDERY@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS IN MY SHIPMENT?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email DOMS.EMRBOIDERY@GMAIL.COM as soon as possible.
